Build a Google Maps lead list with NextBrowser

A local lead list needs distinct business locations and verifiable contact details. NextBrowser lets the agent move from Maps listings to official business sites while you inspect the selected area and individual results. Missing emails stay missing rather than becoming guessed contacts.
What happens in the video
The browser searches Google Maps for Italian restaurants in Brooklyn and opens individual business listings. The final CSV is displayed in a spreadsheet application with 10 restaurant rows, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings, and emails where found. Missing emails remain marked as not found.
Before you start
- NextBrowser on macOS or Windows, signed in through browser pairing
- An installed and authenticated local agent: Claude Code or Codex from the ChatGPT desktop app
- A cuisine or business category, geographic boundary and desired number of unique locations
Run this in NextBrowser
Follow these steps in your own NextBrowser workspace. The video summary records the source demonstration; your result needs the checks below.
Prepare the NextBrowser session
Start a research profile, open Maps and check the actual search area and query. Map position and locale affect results, so make the requested neighborhood explicit in Chat.
Give the local agent a scoped task
Select your local agent in NextBrowser. Confirm the active profile and tab for Google Maps results for your restaurant category and neighborhood. Submit the prompt below in Chat after replacing its placeholders. The selected profile name is guidance for the agent; check the actual session in the sidebar and Live View.
Collect the task evidence
Ask the agent to open each listing and collect business name, address, phone, website, rating and Maps URL. For email, follow the official business website and preserve the page where a public contact is found.
Review the result against the browser
Check a sample of businesses in Live View, deduplicate by location and distinguish chains with multiple branches. Leave missing email as not found; do not construct an address from the domain.
